The Arches Accommadation

The Arches is a newly refurbished ex pub and restaurant that had been empty for many years, situated in the centre of Stirling. The property is made up of 4 separate apartments with their own private entrances within the 3 storey building. The largest of the apartments has 9 double ensuite bedrooms including 2 on the groundfloor which have disabled access, accessible facilities within their ensuites and the kitchen( including rise and fall hobs and sinks etc). The remaining 7 double ensuite rooms are on the 1st floor. In addition there are 2 x 4 ensuite double bedroom apartments and 1 x 5 double ensuite bedroom apartment. The properties can be rented individually or as one large 22 ensuite double bedroomed accommodation. Each apartment has its own kitchen/diner/lounge area, with the larger apartment also having a large laundry room (the other apartments have a washer drier in their kitchen) All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen equipment/microwaves/oven/hobs/fridge freezers and TV in the kitchen diner. The apartments have been modernised to a high standard and are only available during July and August. The property has a garden area with tables and benches for use by all 4 apatments. Situated in the City Centre all amenities, pubs, restaurants, cafes and visitor attractions  are close by. The centre also has a shopping centre. The Castle is 5 minutes walk from the property and the Train station is approximately 8 minutes walk from the building. Parking is not available at the property but an overnight car park is available 3 minutes walk from the property. (£2.30 per night at time of printing, check locally for times of opening and closing, or please ask for more details) For guests with disabilities a short 30 min drop off area is available at the front of the building.(ticket required fro the machine) The properties all come complete with towels, bedding etc.

NOTE: The Double ensuite rooms have a small 4ft double bed, wardrobe/drawers and desk with chair. The bedrooms do not have TV’s but a smart tv  is available in the kitchen/diner/lounge in each apartment
