This recently renovated Historic Lodge/gatehouse set in Woodlands, and 5 minutes from the centre of Dunblane, with Train connections to Glasgow Edinburgh and beyond,  offers accommodation with a secure private garden set in woodlands and free WiFi. This holiday home features free private parking, on street parking and private check-in and check-out. The property is non smoking, (Dogs welcome) and is set 28 km from Lake Menteith, 20 minutes from Gleneagles Golf Course, 10 Minutes from Stirling City Centre, 5 minutes from the M9 motorway. Dunblane is on the edge of the Trossachs and 45 minutes from Loch Lommond. The area is close to numerous attractions and numerous walking trails and hills (Bens)

This spacious holiday home is fitted with 4 separate bedrooms, 1 king size bedroom, 1 large double bedroom, 2 double bedrooms which can be separated into twin rooms, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The property has a large family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, 1 ensuite shower room, and 1 ensuite toilet and wc. The property also has a  fully equipped kitchen, including air fryer, with a dining area and TV, a utility with washer and drier, iron, ironing board etc and a lounge room with flat-screen TV. Hair dryer, towels and bed linen are included. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. At off peak times the poperty is ideal for longer stays including contractor accommodation or those relocating to the area.

Additional Accommodation& services

We are continually building our new website to bring the fantastic properties we offer in Central Scotland and complete bespoke experience packages for individuals, families and larger groups. We also have 4 large apartments in Stirling City Centre,  only available in July and August. 2 x 4 double ensuite bedroomed apartments, 1 x 5 double ensuite  bedroomed apartment, and 1 x 9 double ensuite bedroomed apartment with their own private kitchen/diner /lounge. All have access to the shared garden only available to these apartments. The apartments can be booked individually or booked as one large group with 22 double ensuite rooms and access to the 4 kitchen/diners/lounges.
